New Product: Rezult MDF & HDF

Decor Solutions are pleased to add Rezult MDF into our extensive ex-stock range of wood based panel products.

Rezult MDF and HDF is manufactured in the Zhitomir region of North-West Ukraine. It’s then packaged and transported to Poland for sale across the whole of Europe. The 70 hectare plant produces about 300,000 metres cubed of MDF products each year. This includes medium density, high density, moisture resistant and laminated face products.

Rezult products are available as standard in 2440mm x 1220mm size, but also a Jumbo 2800mm x 2070mm size. Choose from thicknesses between 3mm to 38mm (not all thicknesses held in stock, forward ordering may apply). Furthermore, all Rezult products are fully FSC® certified.

Rezult MDF offers a higher than average density in todays marketplace, providing unique attributes for machining and finishing.

Processors undertaking any deep routing, profiling or moulding followed by finishing will significantly benefit from HDF over MDF. The bottleneck in workshops is often at the paint shop. By using higher density MDF, de-nibbing and coating systems can be drastically reduced; enabling faster throughput overall.

Having a product that’s easier to process helps to increase workshop efficiency. This ultimately helps to reduce bottlenecks, and ensures that you get those important projects finished on time (and to an exceptional standard too!).
