We hold over 800 decorative lines, all mostly available for prompt delivery. Our small fleet of vehicles can deliver to any type of customer across London and the Home Counties. For orders further afield, we have a trusted network of third-party couriers.
We offer a wide range of different delivery options. You can also collect from our Thurrock Warehouse too, if you prefer.
Please note: You’ll need to unload your own order when we arrive at your premises. Our fleet of vehicles do not have portable forklifts or integrated lifting equipment available. Please therefore ensure that you have the correct forklifts (or lifting equipment) available. For any enquiries or questions about delivery, please contact us via telephone, email or social media.–
‘Express’ Delivery Service (24 to 48 hours)
We’re able to offer a 24 to 48 hour delivery service on our core range of panel products. These products are typically held in stock at our warehouses in Thurrock, Tilbury or Dartford. We can service bulk loads, multi-packs or mixed sheets to any address in London or the Home Counties. A delivery fee may be charged, dependent on the size of your order. Our team will advise on MOQ’s and subsequent fees when you place your order.
‘Forward Order’ Delivery Service
Some products are not held in stock, and are specifically ‘made to order’. These products do not qualify for our Express Delivery Service, and will incur a lead time. Our sales team will advise you of your expected lead time & any MOQ’s when you place your order. When your products arrive into one of warehouses, we’ll contact you to arrange onward delivery.
‘Courier’ Delivery Service
For goods going further afield, across the UK and the Republic of Ireland. We’ll arrange for one of our dedicated couriers to collect your panels from us, and deliver to an address of your choice. Our team will advise on MOQ’s and subsequent fees when you place your order.
‘Small Van’ Delivery Service
For smaller loads, and to addresses with restricted access. We can deliver your goods to you by ‘small van’ if your address is in London, or one of the Home Counties. Our team will advise on MOQ’s and subsequent fees when you place your order.
Collection Service
Items that are held at our warehouse in Thurrock can be collected during normal office hours. When placing your order, please inform our team that you’d like to collect your panels. Our sales team will then agree a time & date for you to visit us. Collection is not available from our Tilbury or Dartford serviced warehouses.
Please be advised that all products must be ordered in advance, prior to arrival. This helps our warehouse team get your order ready before you arrive, and ensures a quick service. We do not operate a walk-in service (there is no retail/trade counter available on site). Please follow all safety notices and instructions from our team whilst on site.
