Rezult: High Density MR-MDF

Rezult is a high density MR-MDF which offers exceptional attributes for machining and finishing.

Processors undertaking deep routing, profiling or moulding will benefit from a higher density MDF. This characteristic allows for more precise designs; and ultimately the finishing of the board offers a fast track to a smoother surface.

Delays in workshops are often at the paint shop. By using higher density MDF, the de-nibbing and coating processes can be significantly reduced. This enables faster throughput overall. Having a product, like Rezult, that’s easier to process also helps to increase workshop efficiency. This ultimately saves time; reduces bottlenecks, and ensures that you get those important projects finished on time (and to an exceptional standard too!)

Rezult MR-MDF has a E1 Formaldehyde certification (E05 also available on selected stock). It’s also Carb phase 2 compliant.

Rezult products are available as standard in a 2440mm x 1220mm size. It’s currently available ex-stock in 6mm, 9mm, 12mm 15mm, 18mm and 22mm. It’s also available in a ‘Jumbo’ 2800mm x2070mm size in 18mm and 22mm.
